Extract: The Tennessee Dairy Industry has undergone substantial changes during the decade 1964 to 1974. some of the changes (such as fewer dairy farms) have been viewed with alarm by some while other changes (increased gross sales) have been viewed favorably. the objective of this paper is to present these changes and to predict future trends of the Tennessee dairy industry.
