We describe a new species of Bufo from the eastern slopes of the Cordillera Oriental in Colombia. The relationship with the phenetic group Bufo typhonius and genus Rhamphophryne is discussed.ResumenSe describe una nueva especie del géénero Bufo, de La Cordillera Oriental de Colombia, en el Departamento del Caquetáá. Se discuten las relaciones de parentesco con especies pertenecientes al grupo fenéético Bufo typhonius y al géénero Rhamphophryne.
