1990
Brindis, C.
Public awareness of the problem of teen pregnancy and its social implications has renewed a commitment to provide access to family planning services by encouraging contraception for sexually active youth. Strategies are outlined for professional organizations, communities, the mass media and parents on how to educate adolescents and implement educational programs on the prevention of pregnancy, the risk of AIDS and other STDs.
