Yogurt: diet food or dessert?

The nutritional value of various brands of yogurt is discussed. Flavor, consistency, cost, calories, protein, fat and calcium are rated for 14 plain and 23 strawberry yogurts. The use of yogurt as a health food (to increase longevity, after antibiotic therapy, etc.) is briefly mentioned.
