Five important genera of plant-parasitic nematodes namely Tylenchulus semipenetrans, Pratylenchus spp., Hoplolaimus spp., Helicotylenchus spp., Criconemoides spp were widespread. The relative frequency, relative density and prominence value of Tylenchulus semipenetrans was 13.15%, 6.25 and 40.50 respectively.
