Eight species of predatory coccinellids on coconut palms in Colima, Jalisco, and Quintana Roo, Mexico are recorded and illustrated. Chilocorus cacti (L.), Chilocorus nigrita (Fabricius), and Stethorus punctum (LeConte) were recorded preying on Raoiella indica Hirst; Cycloneda sanguinea sanguinea. (L.) and Pentilia insidiosa Mulsant were observed feeding on individuals of the family Diaspididae (Hemiptera); Nipus sp., Zagloba sp., and Scymnus (Pullus) dozieri Gordon were not observed feeding. In addition, S. (P.) dozieri, S. punctum, and Nipus sp. were registered for the first time on Cocos nucifera L. The present work provides a faunistic list of beneficial coccinellids with potential as biological control agents of C. nucifera pests, including the geographic information of the collecting sites.
