Heat and mass transfer of settling spherical particles in corrosive liquids is simulated by IB-LBM considering velocity correction and reaction boundary condition correction. Temperature, velocity and concentration are obtained by Neumann-type temperature IB-LBM, direct-forcing IB-LBM and Robin-type concentration IB-LBM, respectively. Particle initial position, reaction rate, diffusion coefficient and initial concentration effects on the concentration, temperature, particle horizontal, vertical, angular velocities, equilibrium position and mass reduction are investigated. The results show that the inertial migration phenomenon happens for two corroded settling particles, and the equilibrium position is not affected by initial positions. The particle corrosion rate and surrounding temperature increase with increasing reaction rate, diffusion coefficient and initial concentration. Single particle vertical velocity is obviously higher than double particles. However, for angular velocity, the converse trend happens. The upstream temperature is higher than the downstream at low reaction rate. However, the converse trend happens at the high reaction rate.
