The structures of two new 11(15 leads to 1) abeotaxanes (taxayuntin H and J) isolated from the barks of Taxus yunnanensis have been elucidated by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic method. Taxayuntin J belongs to the rare group of taxanes with C-4 unfunctionalised.
