The year 2021 has been declared the International Year of Fruit and Vegetables by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). To close this international year, the SFN, with the financial support of Aprifel, organised a webinar to understand the impact of fruit and vegetable consumption on gut microbiota and immunity. This session was held digitally on 16 December 2021. The entire conferences are available for free on the SFN website at the following address: https://sf-nutrition.fr/workshop-de-la-sfn/.
