In the present study, the viscosity behavior of MWCNT (25%)-TiO₂ (75%)/ SAE40 Combined nanofluid is studied in different laboratory conditions with a solid volume fraction (SVF) range of 0.0625% − 1%, a temperature range of T = 25–50 °C and a shear rate (SR) range of 666.5–7998Ss⁻¹. The aim is to study how nanotechnology behavior works using experimental and statistical (RSM) methods. Due to the dependence of viscosity on SR and its variable slope, HNFs have a non-Newtonian pseudo-plastic behavior. Experimental findings show that in high and low SVFs, Viscosity has maximum and minimum values compared to pure fluid, which is equal to + 20.02% and − 14.58%, respectively. To predict the experimental results and present the mathematical relation, the statistical technique of response surface methodology (RSM) with a detection coefficient of 0.9980 was used.
