Effect of bio-digester liquid manure enriched with other organics on performance of finger millet [Eleusine coracana (L.) gaertn]

Bio-digester liquid manure contained 0.25, 0.08 and 0.09% N, P and K respectively and its enrichment with poultry manure, neem cake and/or rock phosphate increased them to 1.00, 0.66 and 0.60% respectively. Application of Bio-digester liquid manure (BDLM) equivalent to 60 kg N/ha yielded 2836 kg/ha grains, and remained at par (2741 kg/ha) with recommended practice of fertilizer application. Bio-digester liquid manure enriched with poultry manure or neem cake + rock phosphate gave significantly higher yield than recommended practice.
