Field experiments were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of natural insecticides against citrus leaf miner, Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton on Sathgudi sweet orange. As prophylacticmeasureof leaf miner control, all natural insecticides protected the plants completely from pest attack up to three days, while Neem Seed Kernel Extract (NSKE), azadirachtin and Bt (0.005%) offered protection up to five days. From seventh day onwards, fresh incidence of leaf miner was observed in all the treatments. In curative control of leaf miner by using natural products, Bt (0.005 and 0.0025%) resulted in 100 percent mortality to 10 days. In the order of efficacy, the next best treatments were azadirachtin and NSKE which offered 79.97 and 78.39 percent larval mortality at five days after spraying. After five days of treatment, NSKE, azadirachtin, neem soap, Pongamia oil, Pongamia soap and garlic extract were not effective.
