Significant improvement in nutrient availability with the application of recommended dose of NPK + 200 kg wellgrow ha⁻¹ was observed, which was at par with the application of NPK + 300 kg wellgrow ha⁻¹. Maximum grain and straw yield (45.47 and 79.9 q ha⁻¹) were obtained with these treatments.
