Twenty nine compounds have been characterized by GC/MS and relative retention times in the essential oil obtained from Araliopsis soyauxii leaves collected in Cameroon. The oil was characterized by a high content in alpha-pinene (25.5%), delta-elemene (8.3%), beta-bourbonene (3.8%) and beta-elemene (3.8%).
