The impact of experimental staphylococcosis on dynamics of chicken blood leukogram | Динамика лейкограммы крови цыплят в условиях экспериментального стафилококкоза

英语. Changes in the leukogram of Hisex Brown cross chickens caused by exposure to experimental staphylococcosis have been studied. There were formed 3 groups of chickens; first was a reference group, second and third were experimental ones. Chickens of gr. 2 and gr. 3 were infected with Staphylococcus aureus and with Staphylococcus cohnii, respectively; intraperitoneally, at a concentration of 3 McF. Blood was taken by intracardiac puncture on 1-st, 3-d, 5-th, 7-th, 9-th, 11-th and the 13-th day after infection. The leukogram in stained blood smears was studied. The blood leukogram indicators of both experimental groups showed long-term changes, most pronounced on 1-st, 3-s, 5-th, 7-th and the 9-th day of the experiment. The indicators of white blood count on the 1st and 3rd days in chickens of gr. 2 and gr. 3 increased by 50 and 58%, by 46 and 41%, respectively; of the absolute number of pseudoeosinophil on the 1st day in chickens of gr. 2 and 3 by more than 60%, on the 3rd day - by 38 and 27%, respectively; of the count of monocytes on the 1-st, 3-d, 5-th, 7-th, 9-th, and on the 11th day in gr.2 - by 89, 87, 63, 88, 74 and 48%, in gr. 3 – by 85, 84, 72, 88, 87 and 59%, respectively. The absolute number of lymphocytes reduced in gr. 2 on the 5th, 7th, and 9th days by 23, 33 and 46%, in gr. 3 – on the 1-st, 7-th, 9-th day by 60, 33 and 43%, respectively. An increase in the basophil number was noted on the 1-st, 3-d, 7-th, 9-th and on the 13-th day in chickens of gr. 2 by 83, 77, 54, 43 and 53%, respectively, in chickens of gr. 3 on the 3-rd day by 77%; a short-term drop in relative number of eosinophils on the 1-st day in gr. 2 and 3 by 40 and 43%, respectively, on the 7-th day – in gr. 3- by 40%. By the last days of the study, significant changes in the indicators mostly were not detected. Thus, more pronounced changes were found in chickens of gr. 2. The disturbations were manifested by leukocytosis, pseudoeosinophilia, monocytosis, lymphopenia and basophilia, therefore, St. aureus has a stronger toxic effect on the chicken body than St. cohnii.

俄语. Исследованы изменения в лейкоцитарной формуле цыплят кросса Хайсекс Браун, вызванные воздействием экспериментального стафилококкоза. Были сформированы 3 гр. цыплят: 1-я гр. – контрольная, 2- и 3-я гр. – опытные. Цыплят 2-й гр. заражали культурами Staphylococcus aureus, 3-й гр. - Staphylococcus cohnii, внутрибрюшинно, в концентрации 3 McF. Кровь отбирали методом внутрисердечной пункции на 1-, 3-, 5-, 7-, 9-, 11- и 13-е сутки после заражения. Изучена лейкоцитарная формула в окрашенных мазках крови. В показателях лейкоцитарной формулы крови обеих опытных групп установлены длительные изменения, наиболее выраженные на 1-, 3-, 5-, 7- и 9-е сутки. Были повышены показатели количества лейкоцитов на 1- и 3-и сутки у цыплят 2-й гр. на 50 и 58%, 3-й гр. - на 46 и 41% соответственно; абсолютной численности псевдоэозинофилов на 1-е сутки у цыплят 2- и 3-й гр. более чем на 60%, на 3-и сутки – на 38 и 27% соответственно; количества моноцитов на 1-, 3-, 5-,7-, 9-, и 11-е сутки во 2-й гр. на 89, 87, 63, 88, 74 и 48%, в 3-й гр. – на 85, 84, 72, 88, 87 и 59% соответственно. Абсолютная численность лимфоцитов понижена во 2-й гр. на 5-, 7- и 9-е сутки на 23, 33 и 46%, в 3-й гр. – на 1-, 7- и 9-е сутки на 60, 33 и 43% соответственно. Отмечен рост численности базофилов на 1-, 3-, 7-, 9- и 13-е сутки у цыплят 2-й гр. на 83, 77, 54, 43 и 53% соответственно, у цыплят 3-й гр. на 3-и сутки на 77%; кратковременное падение относительного количества эозинофилов на 1-е сутки во 2- и 3-й гр. на 40 и 43% соответственно, на 7-е сутки – в 3-й гр. - на 40%. К последним суткам исследования существенных изменений в показателях преимущественно не обнаружено. Таким образом, у цыплят 2-й гр. установлены более выраженные изменения, проявившиеся лейкоцитозом, псевдоэозинофилией, моноцитозом, лимфопенией и базофилией, следовательно, St. aureus оказывает на организм птиц более сильное токсическое воздействие, чем St. cohnii.
