Estimation of the operating efficiency of deep loosening soil tillage elements using the rational utilisation factor | Оценка эффективности почвообрабатывающих элементов глубокорыхлителей с применением коэффициента рационального использования

英语. In conditions of increasing production and rotation of crops, soil degradation as a consequence of wind and water erosion leads to fertile land depletion and crop yield reduction. One of the ways to increase the anti-erosion protection of cultivated areas is chiseling. The development of methods for assessing the efficiency and forecasting the use of tillage elements, taking into account economic, qualitative and agrotechnical requirements is an urgent task. To provide for the rational choice of a tillage element, there were compared commercially produced domestic and foreign chisels, their mechanical and economic parameters and agrotechnical requirements for deep tillage of soils in the Southern Federal District. The analysis of mathematical models and methods was applied to evaluate the efficiency of working elements of soil tillage implements. Forecasts of their service life and chiseling quality evaluation were made based on the algorithm developed in Matlab. The algorithm was used to calculate the rational utilization factor of the chisel based on the data of its thickness and angle of installation, the initial size of the soil clod and the degree of crumbling. The rational utilization factor takes into account chisel design parameters (steel grade, thickness, sharpening angle and hardness), economic (price and estimated service life) and agrotechnical (tillage depth). Knowing the rational utilization factor, it is possible to get a rough estimate of the tool quality at the stage of design or purchase. This solution will reduce unnecessary costs, identify design deficiencies, determine the theoretical degree of crumbling by passive working elements and select the optimal tool with reference to economic, qualitative and agrotechnical requirements.

俄语. В условиях увеличения объемов производства и оборота с.-х. культур деградация почвы вследствие ветровой и водной эрозии приводит к истощению плодородной земли и снижению урожайности. Одним из способов повышения противоэрозионной защиты обработанных участков является глубокое рыхление. Разработка способов оценки эффективности и прогнозирования использования почвообрабатывающих элементов, учитывающих экономические, качественные и агротехнические требования, является актуальной задачей. С целью рационального выбора почвообрабатывающего элемента сравнивались серийно выпускаемые отечественные и зарубежные долота, их механико-экономические параметры и агротехнические требования, предъявляемые к глубокой обработке почв Южного федерального округа. Для оценки эффективности рабочих органов почвообрабатывающих орудий использован анализ математических моделей и математических методов. Прогнозирование ресурса их наработки и оценки качества рыхления осуществлялось с помощью алгоритма, разработанного в середе Matlab. Алгоритм позволил рассчитать коэффициент рационального использования долота на основе данных его толщины и угла установки, начального размера комка почвы и степени крошения. Коэффициент рационального использования учитывает конструктивные параметры долота (марка стали, толщина, угол заточки и твердость), экономические (цена и заявленный ресурс) и агротехнические (глубина обработки) параметры. Зная коэффициент рационального использования, можно на стадии проектирования или приобретения получить примерную оценку качества орудия. Это позволяет сократить ненужные расходы, выявить недостатки конструкции, определить теоретическую степень крошения пассивными рабочими органами и выбрать оптимальное орудие с учетом экономических, качественных и агротехнических требований.
