Selection of indicators for assessing the level of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy | Выбор индикаторов оценки уровня инновационного развития аграрного сектора экономики

英语. Ensuring the sustainability in the development of the domestic agricultural sector of the economics is possible only with an accelerated transition to an innovative path of its development. Solving scientific and applied problems requires for a universal mechanism for assessing the level of innovative development of business entities. The existing tools and approaches to assessing the level of innovative development of agrarian economic systems are considered. A methodological approach that allows identifying indicators of innovative development of the agrarian sector of the economy and conducting a qualitative assessment of their level of heir innovative development with reference to the industry specifics has been developed. The work involved systemic analysis tools, semantic, monographic and content analysis. A continuous sampling was carried out and publications in the Scopus scientometric citation database containing the semantic field "Indicative assessment of innovations in agribusiness" were analyzed. There were used technologies for working with big data, as a result of which a relevant syntactic tree was formed. In its center there are the definitions "innovation", "economy". They are associated with the categories of "determinants", "research", "researcher", "knowledge", "representation", "assessment", "analysis", etc. The proposed system approach in combination with technologies for working with big data, allows with a high degree of reliability determining indicators of innovative development of business entities in the agricultural sector of the economy, as well as monitoring relevant trends of developing the processes under study. On this basis, it is possible to develop a methodology for assessing the level of innovative development.

俄语. Обеспечить устойчивость развития отечественного аграрного сектора экономики возможно только при ускоренном переходе к инновационному пути его развития. Для решения научно-прикладных задач нужен универсальный механизм оценки уровня инновационного развития хозяйствующих субъектов. Рассмотрены существующие инструменты и подходы к проведению оценки уровня инновационного развития аграрных экономических систем. Разработан методический подход, позволяющий выявить индикаторы инновационного развития аграрного сектора экономики и провести качественную оценку уровня их инновационного развития с учетом отраслевой специфики. В работе использованы инструменты системного анализа, семантический, монографический и контент-анализ, проведена сплошная выборка и осуществлен анализ публикаций в наукометрической базе цитирования Scopus, содержащих семантическое поле "Индикативная оценка инноваций в агробизнесе". Применяли технологии работы с большими данными, в результате чего сформировали релевантное синтаксическое дерево. В центре его находятся дефиниции "инновации", "экономика". С ними связаны категории "детерминанты", "исследование", "исследователь", "знания", "представление", "оценка", "анализ" и др. Предлагаемый системный подход в сочетании с технологиями работы с большими данными, позволяет с высокой степенью достоверности определить индикаторы инновационного развития субъектов хозяйственной деятельности аграрного сектора экономики, а также отслеживать актуальные тенденции развития исследуемых процессов. На этой основе возможно разработать методику оценки уровня инновационного развития.
