Análisis de la calidad del agua a partir de la correlación entre variables fisicoquímicas y macroinvertebrados en tres sectores del río Caney, Restrepo – Meta

El presente trabajo tiene como objeto analizar el estado de la calidad del agua a partir de la correlación entre variables fisicoquímicas y presencia de macroinvertebrados bentónicos en tres sectores del río Caney, Restrepo – Meta. Se escogieron los tres puntos de muestreo a lo largo del rio estratégicamente teniendo en cuenta la cuenca alta, cuenca media y cuenca baja, en donde se midieron variables in situ (pH, temperatura, conductividad y oxígeno disuelto) y variables ex situ (solidos suspendidos totales y DQO5) y donde se realizó el muestreo para la recolección de macroinvertebrados para luego realizar la identificación taxonómica en el laboratorio con ayuda del estereoscopio. Se obtuvieron valores promedio para el ICA para el punto 1 de 0,84 de calidad aceptable, para el punto 2 de 0,74 de calidad aceptable y para el punto 3 de 0,69 de calidad regular, también se obtuvieron valores promedio del BMWP para el punto 1 de 34,8 de calidad crítica, para el punto 2 de 18,9 de calidad muy crítica y para el punto 3 de calidad muy crítica donde el análisis estadístico de ACP dio que tienen una correlación directa y alta entre estos dos índices de calidad y el parámetro fisicoquímico de oxígeno disuelto. El resultado de BMWP dio valores tan bajos debido a la poca cantidad de familias encontradas esto posiblemente a la presencia de rápidos y a pesar de que se encontró gran cantidad de individuos no sumo ya que estos pertenecían mayormente a la familia Baetidae, los resultados obtenidos de ICA fueron más precisos en este caso para los tres sectores escogidos.
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]The purpose of this work is to analyze the states of water quality from the correlation between physicochemical variables and the presence of benthic macroinvertebrates in three sectors of the Caney river, Restrepo - Meta. To know the conditions regarding its quality in which this water resource is found in these three selected points. The three sampling points along the river were chosen strategically taking into account the upper basin, middle basin, and lower basin, where variables were measured in situ (pH, temperature, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen) and ex situ variables (suspended solids total and COD5) and where the sampling for the collection of macroinvertebrates was carried out to be classified later in the laboratory with the help of the stereoscope. Average values for the ICA were obtained for point 1 of 0.84 of acceptable quality, for point 2 of 0.74 of acceptable quality and for point 3 of 0.69 of regular quality, average values of the BMWP were also obtained for point 1 of 34.8 of critical quality, for point 2 of 18.9 of very critical quality and for point 3 of very critical quality where the statistical analysis of ACP gave that they have a direct and high correlation between these two quality indices and the physicochemical parameter of dissolved oxygen. The result of BMWP gave such low values due to the small number of families found, possibly due to the presence of rapids, and despite the fact that a large number of non-sumo individuals were found since they belonged mostly to the Baetidae family, the results obtained from ICA they were more precise in this case for all three chosen sectors.
