Propuesta para la implementación de la NTC-ISO 50001 en la fábrica Taller de Cerveza

Este trabajo define el estado actual en que se encuentra la empresa Taller de Cerveza respecto a su consumo, conocimiento y gestión energética para luego proponer un modelo de implementación de la norma NTC- ISO 50001 y de esta manera contribuir a la eficiencia y mejora continua del sistema de gestión energética de la empresa. Para realizar dicha propuesta se obtuvieron los consumos energéticos del año 2020 y sus costes para conocer los meses en que Taller de Cerveza tenía un mayor consumo y a su vez se identificaron las áreas y equipos con mayor demanda de energía. Una vez obtenidos estos datos se procedió a elaborar el esquema de planeación del SGE (Sistema de Gestión Energética) consiguiendo resultados favorables ya que los esquemas y formatos se adecuan a lo requerido por la empresa, logrando limitar el sistema de gestión para finalmente proponer la política energética que fundamentara todo el funcionamiento y correcta operación de la norma en la empresa.

This work defines the current state of the company Taller de Cerveza regarding its consumption, knowledge and energy management to later propose an implementation model of the NTC-ISO 50001 standard and in this way contribute to the efficiency and continuous improvement of the energy management system of the company. To carry out this proposal, the energy consumption for the year 2020 and its costs were obtained to determine the months in which Taller de Cerveza had the highest consumption and in turn the areas and equipment with the highest energy demand were identified. Once these data had been obtained, the planning scheme of the SGE (Energy Management System) was elaborated, obtaining favorable results since the schemes and formats are adapted to what is required by the company, managing to limit the management system to finally propose the policy energy that will base all the functioning and correct operation of the norm in the company.
