Formulación de un plan de negocio para la empresa AQUAPLUIE S.A.S orientada al diseño de sistemas integrales para la captación y uso de agua lluvia distribuida por un sistema de riego por goteo para huertos en el área rural y urbana del municipio de Villavicencio, Meta.

Ante la demanda actual del recurso hídrico, nace la necesidad de hacer un ahorro y uso eficiente ya que la escasez de este causaría efectos directos en la calidad de vida de la población, por ello surge la oportunidad de formular el plan de negocio para empresa AQUAPLUIE S.A.S teniendo como mercado objetivo el municipio de Villavicencio (Meta), con el fin de diseñar un sistema integral de captación y uso de agua lluvia distribuida por un sistema de riego por goteo para huertos, de tal manera que se apoye la seguridad alimentaria y la sustentabilidad económica de la población. Razón por la cual la formulación del plan de negocio para la empresa se desarrolló mediante las cuatro fases metodológicas, la primera corresponde al estudio de mercado realizado en el área rural y urbana del municipio de Villavicencio donde se llevó a cabo una muestra de 146 encuestas a los estratos socioeconómicos entre el dos (2) y el cinco (5); con el objetivo de conocer el grado de aceptación y adquisición del sistema integral ofrecido. La segunda fase incluye el análisis técnico realizado para los tres modelos planteados, el primero fue realizado bajo las dimensiones de una vivienda de interés social con un área total de 72 m² y un huerto de 1 m²; el segundo modelo se adaptó a una vivienda mediana con un área total de 90 m² y un huerto de 2 m² y por último el tercer modelo se tomó una vivienda con un área total de 120 m² y un huerto de 3 m². La tercera fase cuenta con el componente administrativo, organizacional y legal el cual permitió estructurar y cumplir con la normatividad legal vigente, donde se estructuro la misión, la visión, el logo, los valores corporativos y la clasificación del manual de funciones, etc. Finalmente, la viabilidad de este plan de negocio se determinó a través del análisis financiero el cual permitió estimar la rentabilidad económica de la inversión para la puesta en marcha del proyecto. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos se concluye que el sistema integral ofrecido por la empresa genera beneficios a la comunidad tanto en el ámbito económico, social, ambiental y educativo; ya que con la implementación del diseño del sistema integral se pretende captar 0,81 m³ en cada vivienda; teniendo en cuenta el requerimiento hídrico del suelo para cada huerto, promoviendo una conciencia y cultura ambiental en los habitantes del municipio de Villavicencio, Meta.
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]Due to the demand for the water sources, the need to make saving and use efficient of water since the shortage of this would cause direct effects on the quality of life of the population, therefore we have the opportunity to create a business plan for AQUAPLUIE S.A.S company, mainly the city of Villavicencio as a first market, in order to design an integral system for the collection and use of rainwater distributed by a drip irrigation system for orchards, in such a way as to support food security and the economic sustainability of the population. That’s why the business plan for the company was developed through the four methodological phases; the first corresponds to the market study carried out in the rural and urban area of the Villavicencio city, where a sample was carried out of 146 surveys between the 2 and 5 socioeconomic levels, with the objective of knowing the degree of acceptance and acquisition of the integral system offered. The second phase includes the technical analysis carried out for the three proposed models; the first was carried out under the dimensions of a low-income housing with a total area of 72 m² and a 1 m² orchard; the second model was adapted to a medium-sized house with a total area of 90 m² and an orchard of 2 m²; and finally the third model was a house with a total area of 120 m² and an orchard of 3 m². The third phase has the administrative, organizational and legal component which allowed structuring and complying with current legal regulations, where the mission, vision, logo, corporate values and classification of the functions manual was structured, etc. Finally, the viability of this business plan was determined through financial analysis, which allowed estimating the economic profitability of the investment for the start-up of the project. According to the results obtained, it is concluded that the integral system offered by the company generates benefits to the community in the economic, social, environmental and educational spheres; since the implementation of the integral system design aims to capture 0.81 m³ in each dwelling; taking into account the water requirement of the soil for each orchard, promoting an awareness and environmental culture in the inhabitants of the municipality of Villavicencio, Meta.
