The study was carried out in (Dahr Amoudi) in the Safita region in Tartous Governorate for the 2022 agricultural season. The research aimed to study the effect of adding vermicompost fertilizer and vermicompost tea on the growth and productivity of the soybean crop (Glycine Max L.). The experiment was designed using completely randomized blocks for seven treatments (600 g/m2-400 g/m2-200 g/m2 solid vermicompost, 100%-50%-25% vermicompost tea, see 20 tons/ha of cow organic fertilizer). With three replicates of the treatment, the study included many phenological crop traits (number of days until full germination, flowering, physiological maturity and full maturity), morphological (average plant height at maturity/cm, height of the first pod on the plant/cm), and productivity (number of pods). /plant, number of branches /plant, number of seeds /pod). The results showed: The 50% vermicompost tea treatment was superior in most of the studied traits compared to the other treatments. It was observed that the number of days from germination to full maturity decreased when adding the 50% vermicompost tea (15-27) days compared to the other treatments. Adding vermicompost tea and cow manure also increased the height of the pods above the ground and the height of the plants compared to solid fertilizer. The treatment with vermicompost tea with a concentration of 50% also gave the highest number of pods and seeds/plant (26.5 pods/plant, 3.8 seeds/pod), the highest seed yield (3016.7 kg/ha), and the protein percentage (50.5%) compared to the control and other treatments. Therefore, adding vermicompost tea had noticeable positive effects on soybean yield....
