Barreras para el aprendizaje y la participacion que se presentan en la etapa escolar en los grupos de grado 6 de la Institución Educativa Pedro Luis Villa en la ciudad de Medellín | Barriers for learning and participation that are presented in the school stage of the sixth-grade group of the Educational Institute of Pedro Luis Villa in the city of Medellín

Esta investigación se realiza desde un enfoque cualitativo, bajo el diseño de investigación descriptiva, el cual aborda las Barreras para el Aprendizaje y la Participación (BAP) que se presentan en la etapa de bachillerato, específicamente en los grupos del grado 6°, en la Institución Educativa Pedro Luis Villa de la ciudad de Medellín. Los instrumentos implementados fueron la entrevista, el diario de campo y los grupos focales. Con una muestra de 7 docentes, 10 familias, 7 estudiantes, 1 directivo docente, 1 psicóloga y 1 persona experta en BAP. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general analizar las BAP que se presentan en la etapa escolar, para determinar esas necesidades a nivel institucional, y así brindar algunas estrategias de apoyo pedagógico que logren una incidencia desde las prácticas, políticas y culturas inclusivas. Dentro de los resultados se destaca que una gran barrera para el aprendizaje es el acompañamiento familiar y la actitud que presentan los docentes frente a los procesos de inclusión. Por otro lado, en las conclusiones, se puede identificar que las mayores barreras están en las estrategias pedagógicas que se implementan en el aula, el desconocimiento y la falta de capacitación a los docentes en temas de inclusión. Así como la intermitencia en el acompañamiento de las profesionales de apoyo debido a los procesos de contratación. Finalmente se resalta la importancia de fortalecer el tránsito armonioso para los estudiantes que pasan del grado 5° a 6°, pues esto simboliza para ellos muchos cambios a nivel académico y personal, que requieren de un acompañamiento efectivo.

This investigation is carried out from a qualitative approach under the design of the descriptive investigation, which addresses the barriers for learning and participation (BLP) that may be presented during the high school level, specifically in the groups of sixth grade, in the Educational Institute of Pedro Luis Villa in the city of Medellín. The implemented tools were the interview, the daily field diary, and the focus groups. With a group 7 of educative teachers, 10 families, seven students, an educational director, a psychologist, and an expert in barriers in learning and participation. This investigative work's general goal is to analyze the barriers for learning and participation that are presented in the school stage, to determine those needs at an institutional level, and therefore provide assistive educational strategies that can accomplish and advocacy from its practices, policies and inclusive cultures. Within the results it is highlighted that a great barrier for learning is the family backing and the attitude that is displayed by educational teachers when confronted by inclusion processes. On the other hand, in the inclusions, it can be identified that the majority of these barriers are the educational strategies that are implemented in the classroom, the unfamiliarity, and the lack of training of educational teachers in the topics of inclusion. Just as the inconsistency of the backing of assistive professionals due to the hiring process. Finally, and highlights the importance of building up the harmonious changeover for students that pass from 5th to sixth grade since this means for them many changes in their academic and personal level, which requires for them an effective assistance.
