Programa para el fortalecimiento de la gestión ambiental de la Clínica Nuestra Señora de Belén de Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca, enmarcado en los lineamientos de la agenda global para Hospitales Verdes y Saludables.

En el siguiente trabajo de grado, se realizará la formulación de un programa para el fortalecimiento de la gestión ambiental de la Clínica Nuestra Señora de Belén de Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca, enmarcado en los lineamientos de la Agenda Global para Hospitales Verdes y Saludables. Para lograr la formulación del programa, primeramente, se realizó una revisión y recopilación documental de los diferentes servicios de la Clínica Nuestra Señora de Belén de Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca, seguido de ello se efectuó una exploración bibliografía acerca de los hospitales verdes y saludables en todo el mundo, con el fin de identificar temas que se relacionan con la gestión ambiental dentro de los hospitales y clínicas, posteriormente se procedió con la elaboración del diagnóstico ambiental. En dicho diagnostico se utilizaron listas de chequeo en el cual se seleccionaron las acciones concretas de los diez (10) objetivos expuestos en la Agenda Global para Hospitales Verdes y Saludables, realizando un análisis para cada objetivo, se determinó que solo eran viables para su aplicación siete (7) objetivos. Como complemento al diagnóstico ambiental se procedió a identificar los diferentes aspectos e impactos ambientales que se generan en condiciones de operación normal, anormal y de emergencia de la Clínica Nuestra Señora de Belén de Fusagasugá, mediante la utilización de la matriz EPM (Empresas Publica de Medellín) o también llamada Arboleda, se realiza el ejercicio de identificación, calificación y ponderación de los aspectos e impactos ambientales más significativos o representativos. Así mismo se utilizaron los consumos de agua, energía, papel y generación de residuos hospitalarios identificando su actual manejo, costos y fluctuaciones presentadas, por último, se realizaron seis (6) ecobalance para los procesos misionales establecidos dentro del mapa de proceso de la institución. Con los resultados obtenidos se decide enfocar el proyecto de grado en los siguientes objetivos expuestos en la Agenda Global para Hospitales Verdes y Saludables, los cuales son:  Objetivo N.º 1 Liderazgo  Objetivo N.º 2 Sustancias químicas.  Objetivo N.º 3 Residuos  Objetivo N.º 4 Ahorro y uso eficientes de energía  Objetivo N.º 5 ahorro y uso eficiente del agua,  Objetivo N.º 9 Edificios  Objetivo N.º 10 Compras.

In the following degree work, the formulation of a program to strengthen the environmental management of the Nuestra Señora de Belén Clinic in Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca, framed in the guidelines of the Global Agenda for Green and Healthy Hospitals, will be made. To achieve the formulation of the program, first, a review and documentary collection of the different services of the Nuestra Señora de Belén Clinic of Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca was carried out, followed by a bibliography exploration of the green and healthy hospitals throughout the year, world, in order to identify issues that relate to environmental management within hospitals and clinics, then proceeded with the development of environmental diagnosis. In this diagnosis, checklists were used in which the specific actions of the ten (10) objectives set out in the Global Agenda for Green and Healthy Hospitals were selected, performing an analysis for each objective, it was determined that they were only viable for their application seven (7) objectives. As a complement to the environmental diagnosis, we proceeded to identify the different aspects and environmental impacts that are generated in normal, abnormal and emergency operation conditions of the Nuestra Señora de Belén de Fusagasugá Clinic, through the use of the EPM matrix (Empresas Publica de Medellin) or also called Arboleda, the exercise of identification, qualification and weighting of the most significant or representative environmental aspects and impacts is carried out. Likewise, the consumption of water, energy, paper and hospital waste generation were used, identifying their current management, costs and fluctuations presented. Finally, six (6) ecobalance were performed for the processes established within the process map of the institution. With the results obtained, it is decided to focus the degree project on the following objectives set out in the Global Agenda for Green and Healthy Hospitals, which are:  Line of action for leadership  Line of action for chemical substances.  Line of action for the management of hospital waste and similar  Line of action for saving and efficient use of energy  Line of action for the saving and efficient use of water,  Line of action for Buildings  Action line for purchases. The objective pharmaceutical products, it was not possible to work it since we could not obtain information from the pharmaceutical chemist, for the transport objective we did not see it viable because the institution does not have its own transport and the food goal for the strategies that the Agenda proposes being in the moment not viable for the nutrition process of the institution. With the formulation of this program it is expected to clearly structure the actions to be developed in the organizational field, strengthening environmental responsibility and thus contribute to environmental improvement and addressing the recognition of green and healthy hospitals, acquiring a commitment of responsibility environmental, social and continuous improvement.
