Sustainable development on the sacred route trail - Gorki Campuzano - Cotacachi Cayapas Ecological Reserve | Desarrollo sustentable en el sendero ruta sagrada – Gorki Campuzano – Reserva Ecológica Cotacachi Cayapas

英语. At present the tourist activity develops in the environmental, social, cultural and landscape conservation. Ecuador has become a tourist destination for those who like nature tourism, due to its geographical location; allowing to develop several activities in this modality, among them hiking, which complies exactly with a series of guidelines that generate less damage and respect towards the natural environment. The objective of this investigation was general proposals for improvements in the different actions regarding the administration of the load capacity of the path by the Ministry of Environment and tourism management by the Ministry of Tourism. The case study focuses on the “Gorki Campuzano” trail located in the Cotacachi - Cayapas Ecological Reserve (RECC), where the beauty of its geography, relief, landscape, fused with the customs, traditions and culture of the neighboring communities. To contribute to the proper management strategies were established to protect the path of the human being itself, creating inputs for education, awareness and sustainable use of natural areas that prevent or mitigate the risk of fires, exploitation of resources, destruction of flora, the compaction, wear and degradation of both the path and the natural environment.

西班牙语; 卡斯蒂利亚语. En la actualidad la actividad turística se desarrolla en la conservación del medio ambiental, social, cultural y paisajístico. Ecuador se ha convertido en un destino turístico para quienes gustan del turismo de naturaleza, debido a su ubicación geográfica; permitiendo desarrollar un sinnúmero de actividades en esta modalidad entre ellas el senderismo, la cual cumple exactamente con una serie de lineamientos que generan un menor daño y respeto hacia el medio natural. El objetivo de esta investigación fue general propuestas de mejoras en las diferentes acciones en cuanto a la administración de la capacidad de carga del sendero por parte del Ministerio del Ambiente y la gestión turística a cargo del Ministerio de Turismo. El caso de estudio se enfoca en el Sendero “Gorki Campuzano” ubicado en la Reserva Ecológica Cotacachi - Cayapas (RECC), en el cual se observa la belleza de su geografía, relieve, paisaje, fusionado con las costumbres, tradiciones y cultura de las comunidades aledañas. Para contribuir con el manejo adecuado se estableció estrategias para proteger el sendero del propio ser humano, creando insumos para la educación, concientización y aprovechamiento sostenible de las áreas naturales que prevenga o mitigue el riesgo de incendios, explotación de recursos, la destrucción de la flora, la compactación, desgaste y degradación tanto del sendero como del entorno natural.
