دور التحليل العاملي في تحديد العوامل المؤثره في تحديد جوده الخدمات الصحيه المقدمه للمرضى في مستشفى الخليل الحكومي (عاليه)من وجه نظر المرضى | The Role of factor Analysis in Determining The Factor Affecting the quality of health services provided to patients at Hebron Govermental hospital from the patient of view

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف الى دور التحليل العاملي في الكشف عن العوامل التي تؤثر على جودة الخدمات الصحية التي تقدمها مستشفى عالية الحكومي في محافظة الخليل، وتقييمها من وجهة نظر المرضى، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، اذ تم اختيار عينة غير احتمالية هادفه، قوامها 352 مواطن من محافظة الخليل ممن يتعالجون في المستشفى موزعين على مناطق المحافظة. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة، قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة مكونة من 40 فقرة موزعة على خمسة ابعاد (الملموسية، الاعتمادية، الاستجابة، الضمان، التعاطف)، حيث تمتعت بدرجة ثبات عَالٍ قيمته 0.931 باستخدام معامل اختبار كرمباخ ألفا. واظهرت نتائج الدراسة بوجود سبعة عوامل تؤثر على جودة الخدمات الصحية في المستشفى ناتجه عن استخدام التخليل العاملي، تمثلت بالخدمات المادية المقدمة، المعاملة الحسنة مع المرضى، سرية المعلومات عن المرضى، توفير كوادر طبية متخصصة، تنظيم أوقات العمل ونظام الورديات، ومراعاة اعرف وتقاليد المجتمع. توصلت الدراسة الى ان مستوى جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها مستشفى عالية الحكومي متدنية من وجهة نظر المرضى، حيث بلغ المتوسط الكلي لها 2.57، وبدرجة تقدير منخفضة، مع وجود تباين في الرأي لبُعد الملموسية والضمان، حيث بلغت درجة التقدير لهما متوسطة، بينما كانت كل من الابعاد الاخرى بُعدي الاعتمادية والتعاطف، وبُعد الاستجابة متدنية في تقيمها، حيث كانت درجة التقدير منخفضة لهذه الابعاد. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة توصيات أبرزها ،التأكيد على إدارة مستشفى عالية الحكومي في محافظة الخليل العمل على رفع مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرضى ،والعمل على توفير الأجهزة الحديثة والمعدات المتطورة والمستلزمات الطبية التي تتوافق مع التطور والتقدم العلمي، لينعكس ايجابياً على مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية داخل المستشفى ،التزام الكوادر الطبية والعاملين داخل المستشفى بما امرنا به الدين الحنيف، بحسن التعامل، اتقان العمل، وعدالة المعاملة مع المرضى ، وعمل دورات تدريبية للعاملين والكوادر الطبية في المستشفى لتعريفهم بأبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية، لتعزيز مفهومها لهم، والقيام بتطبيقها على ارض الواقع بأفضل درجة ممكنه ،تحفيز وحث الكوادر الطبية ومقدمي الخدمات الصحية على التقيد بالواجبات التي نصت عليها لوائح وأنظمة مزاولة مهنة الخدمة في القطاع الصحي.

The study aimed to identify the role of factor analysis in revealing the factors that affect the quality of health services provided by Alia Governmental Hospital in Hebron Governorate and evaluating them from the patient's point of view, using the descriptive analytical approach, as a sample of 352 citizens from Hebron Governorate who were receiving treatment was selected in the hospital distributed over the regions of the province. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of 40 items distributed on five dimensions (Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy). It had a stability of 0.931 by using Cronbach's alpha test coefficient. The results of the study showed that there are seven factors that affect the quality of health services in the hospital, represented by the material services provided, good treatment with patients, the confidentiality of information about patients, provision of specialized medical staff, organization of working hours and the shift system, and considering the knowledge and traditions of society. The study concluded that the level of quality of services provided by Alia Governmental Hospital is low from the point of view of patients, as the total average was 2.57, with a low rating, with a difference in opinion for the dimension of tangibility and guarantee, as the degree of appreciation for them was medium, while each of the measurements was The other dimension, reliability, and empathy, and the response dimension was low in its evaluation, as the degree of appreciation was common for these dimensions. The study came out with a set of recommendations, most notably, emphasizing the management of Alia Governmental Hospital in Hebron Governorate, working to raise the level of health services provided to patients, and working to provide modern devices, advanced equipment, and medical supplies that are compatible with scientific development and progress, to reflect positively on the level of quality of health services within the hospital. The commitment of the medical cadres and workers inside the hospital to what the true religion commanded us, with good dealing, mastery of work, and fair treatment with patients, and conducting training courses for workers and medical cadres in the hospital to familiarize them with the dimensions of the quality of health services, to enhance their concept for them, and to implement them on the ground to the best possible degree. They were motivating and urging medical personnel and health service providers to adhere to the duties stipulated in the regulations and systems for practicing service professionals in the health sector.
