Situaţia epizootologică, diagnosticul şi măsurile de combatere a leucozei enzootice bovine în raionul Drochia

The results of the investigation refer to the study of evolution, spreading and incidence of LEB virus depending on bovine age in different farms (both of the private and public sector) of Drochia district in the last 5 years (2008-2012). Basely we studied the comparative effectiveness of various preventive methods of serological diagnosis of LEB especially in blood serum, colostrum and milk from the same animals using serological reactions RID and ELISA-test. As a result there were developed and implemented some efficient prevention and control measures for the eradication of bovine enzootic leucosis.
