Comparativo de diferentes herbicidas ao paraquat na dessecação pré-colheita da soja | Comparison of different herbicides to paraquat in soybean pre-harvest desiccation

A soja Glycine max é uma cultura de grande importância por ser o principal componente proteico utilizado na formulação das rações para alimentação animal, dentre diversas outras utilizações, e que vem aumentando seu consumo na dieta humana. Uma prática comum na cultura da soja é a dessecação pré-colheita utilizando o herbicida paraquat como ingrediente ativo visando a antecipação da colheita para plantio do milho safrinha, uniformização da maturação de grãos e capina química da área. Contudo, a fabricação e comercialização do paraquat foi proibida pela ANVISA em 2017, tendo seus estoques esgotados no ano agrícola 2020/2021. Desta forma, esta pesquisa teve por objetivo comparar a eficiência de diferentes moléculas dos herbicidas disponíveis no mercado em relação ao paraquat nas aplicações deste herbicida na cultura da soja. O experimento foi realizado em Guarda-Mor, MG, na safra de verão 2020/2021. Com plantio em outubro, foi instalado um experimento em blocos casualizados com 4 repetições e 6 diferentes moléculas de herbicidas como tratamento (paraquat, diquat, glufosinate-ammonium , carfentrazone-ethyl, saflufenacil e MSMA). Os herbicidas foram aplicados na mesma data. Amostras dos grãos colhidos foram avaliados quanto aos parâmetros teor de umidade em porcentagem no dia da colheita, peso de 1000 grãos em gramas e produtividade de soja (kg.ha -1). Os dados foram submetidos a análise de variância e as medias testadas pelo teste de Tukey. Concluiu-se que o paraquat pode ser substituído pelos herbicidas diquat e glufosinate-amonium. Estes herbicidas apresentam algumas propriedades semelhantes e eficiência na dessecação pré-colheita de soja. Palavras-chave: Herbicidas. Glycine max. Uniformidade de grãos. Mecanismo de ação.

The soybean Glycine max is a crop of great importance as it is the main protein component used for animal feed and which has been increasing its consumption in the human diet. A common practice in soybean fields is pre-harvest desiccation using the herbicide paraquat as an active ingredient in order to anticipate the harvest for off-season planting, maturing uniformity and chemical weeding in the area. In this context, the objective of this work was to compare the efficiency of different herbicide molecules available on the market in relation to paraquat. The experiment was carried out in Guarda-Mor, Minas Gerais, in the 2020/2021 summer crop season (with planting in October). An experiment was conducted in randomized blocks containing 4 replications and 6 different herbicide molecules as the treatments (paraquat, diquat, gluphosinate ammonium salt, carfentrazone, saflufenacil, MSMA). The herbicides was applied on the same day and later harvested to evaluate the moisture content on the day of harvest, weight of 1000 grains, and soybean productivity (kg.ha -1). The data was be submitted to analysis of variance and the means was be separated by the Tukey’s test. The data showed that paraquat can be replaced by the herbicides diquat and glufosinate- amonium. These herbicides have some similar properties and efficiency in the pre-harvest soybean desiccation. Keywords: Herbicides. Glycine max. Grain uniformity. Mechanism of action.
