Uso de telhados verdes em edificações

A implementação de vegetação nos telhados é um dos mais recentes campos das pesquisas ambientais que buscam soluções ecológicas e sustentáveis a fim de melhorar a qualidade de vida rural e urbana. Neste sentido, com este trabalho busca-se apresentar os tipos e técnicas construtivas de telhados verdes que possuam benefícios ambientais, principalmente fazendo uso de materiais renováveis, e comparar esses sistemas com coberturas tradicionalmente utilizadas, verificando as suas viabilidades econômicas. Neste contexto, devendo-se considerar, não só o custo de implantação, mas também, a vida útil da cobertura e o seu desempenho global ao longo do tempo. Em complemento, busca-se apresentar também as legislações e normas vigentes que incentivam a implementação desses sistemas no país. Dessa forma, encontrou-se então os resultados simplificados de telhados verdes Modular, Flat e Kaatop, além de normas e leis que incentivam suas implementações, porém não foram encontradas normas técnicas de caráter construtivo no Brasil. The implementation of vegetation on the roofs is one of the most recent fields of environmental research that seeks ecological and sustainable solutions in order to improve the quality of rural and urban life. In this sense, this work seeks to present the types and construction techniques of green roofs that have environmental benefits, mainly using renewable materials, and to compare these systems with traditionally used roofs, verifying their economic viability. In this context, considering not only the cost of implementation, but also the useful life of the coverage and its overall performance over time. In addition, it seeks to present also the laws and regulations in force that encourage the implementation of these systems in the country. Thus, the simplified results of Modular, Flat and Kaatop green roofs were found, as well as norms and laws that encourage their implementation, but no constructive technical standards were found in Brazil.
