Proyecto de central hortofrutícula para caqui en Alzira (Valencia)

[ES] El siguiente trabajo final de grado aborda el diseño y cálculo de una nave industrial situada en Alzira y dedicada a la selección, clasificación y comercialización de fruta, en concreto caqui de la variedad Rojo Brillante, comercializado bajo la marca comercial Persimon. Se disponen de cerchas con 25 metros de luz, separadas cada 6 metros hasta llegar a una longitud de 60 metros. En total la nave dispone de 1483 metros cuadrados de los cuales 88 metros albergarán las oficinas. A su vez el proyecto se complementará con los anejos de hidráulica, necesidades frigoríficas y por último instalación eléctrica. El objetivo es tener un conocimiento general del funcionamiento de la industria. Para la elaboración del siguiente proyecto han sido utilizados programas informáticos tales como AutoCAD, Arquimedes, Coolpack y Prismitool. Siempre como un apoyo al cálculo manual.

[EN] The following final grade work deals about the design and calculation of an industrial warehouse located in Alzira and dedicated to the selection, classification and commercialization of fruit, namely caqui of the bright red variety, marketed under the trademark Persimon. There are trusses with 25 meters of span, separated every 6 meters until reaching a total length of 60 meters. In total, the plant has 1483 square meters of which 88 meters will house the offices. At the same time, the project will be complemented with the annexes of hydraulics, refrigeration needs and finally electrical installation. The objective is to have a general knowledge of the operation of the industry. For the elaboration of the following project have been used computer programs such as AutoCAD, Arquimedes, Cool pack and Prismitool. Always as a support for manual calculation.
