英语. Last March 6-7, the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination issued concluding observations to the official report submitted by the state of Nicaragua on this issue. Because of the importance of this document, we represent it in this issue of Wani. It should be noted that, for the analysis of the report presented by the State of Nicaragua in Brussels, the UN committee also took into account the comments made on the report by the following Nicaraguan civil society organizations: the Indigenous Movement of Nicaragua (MIN), the Center for Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples (CADPI) and the Center for Human Rights of the Atlantic Coast (CEDEHCA).

El seis y siete de marzo pasado, el comité de la ONU para la eliminación de la discriminación racial emitió las observaciones finales al informe oficial presentado por el estado de Nicaragua sobre este tema. Por la importancia de este documento, lo representamos en este número de Wani. Es conveniente señalar que, para el análisis del informe que presentó el estado de Nicaragua en Bruselas, el comité de la ONU tomo también en cuenta los comentarios que hicieron de dicho informe los siguientes organismos de la sociedad civil nicaragüense: movimiento indígena de Nicaragua (MIN), Centro de Derechos humanos de los pueblos indígenas (CADPI) y el Centro de Derechos humanos de la costa atlántica (CEDEHCA).
