The influence of feed additives on the body's defenses in replacement young animals and laying hens | Влияние кормовых добавок на защитные силы организма ремонтного молодняка и кур-несушек

英语. Not all biologically active additives used in the diets of farm animals and poultry can exhibit a pronounced immunostimulating effect. Two sorption-probiotic additives were studied during growing replacements and laying hens of the Ross-308 cross parent stock in an amount of 0.5 kg/t of feed. The experiment took place at one of the poultry farms in the Chelyabinsk region, Russia, involving three groups of chicks stock, became laying hens later, 320 heads each. An analysis of the antibody titer in poultry during the growing period has shown that chickens are born with colostral immunity to the main avian infectious diseases. In the postnatal period, due to routine vaccinations, the immune response in the body increases by 107 days, and in laying hens – by 154 days and subsequently decreases by 379 days. The imported feed additive Sorbitox reduced the culling of replacements by 5 heads in comparison with the control group, with domestic additive Probitox – by 7 heads, in laying hens – by 7 and 15 heads, respectively. In the control group with diseases of infectious etiology 8 fowls were culled, in the group provided with Sorbitox the number of fowls with this pathology decreased to 1 head in the group; with the Probitox additive they were absent; sanitary cull in the groups with the studied feed additives decreased by 14 and 21 heads. The survival of replacements due to Sorbitox additive increased by 1.5%, laying hens – by 1.4%, due to Probitox – by 2.1 and 6.9%, respectively, and feed costs decreased by 4.4-12.8%.

俄语. Не все используемые в рационах с.-х. животных и птицы биологически активные добавки могут проявлять выраженный иммуностимулирующий эффект. Сравнивали две сорбционно-пробиотические добавки, применявшиеся при выращивании ремонтного молодняка и кур-несушек родительского стада кросса "Росс-308" в количестве 0,50 кг/т корма. Эксперимент проводили на одной из птицефабрик Челябинской области, на трех группах молодняка, а впоследствии – кур-несушек, по 320 голов в каждой. Анализ титра антител у птицы в период выращивания показал, что цыплята рождаются уже с колостральным иммунитетом к основным инфекционным заболеваниям птицы. В постнатальный период в результате плановых вакцинаций иммунный ответ в организме повышается к 107 суткам, а у кур-несушек – к 154 суткам и впоследствии снижается к 379 суткам. Импортная кормовая добавка Сорбитокс снизила выбраковку ремонтного молодняка на 5 гол. в сравнении с контрольной группой, отечественная добавка Пробитокс – на 7 гол., у кур-несушек – на 7 и 15 гол. соответственно. Если в контрольной группе с заболеваниями инфекционной этиологии было выбраковано 8 гол., то в группе с Сорбитоксом число птицы с данной патологией снизилось до 1 головы в группе, с добавкой Пробитокса их не было; санитарный брак в группах с изучаемыми кормовыми добавками уменьшился на 14 и 21 голову. Сохранность ремонтного молодняка в группе с добавкой Сорбитокс увеличилась на 1,5%, кур-несушек – на 1,4%, в группе с Пробитоксом – на 2,1 и 6,9% соответственно, а затраты корма сократились на 4,4-12,8%.
