The article presents the results of cluster analysis of the regions of the Russian Federation on the incidence of socially significant diseases. It is established that the Krasnoyarsk region is part of an unfavorable cluster. In order to move to a prosperous cluster, the region needs to consider reducing the incidence of all socially significant diseases as one of the priorities of the health system.
