The paper presents general advantages of the forests endowment with roads and their actual extension. It has been ascertained that the distribution of roads on the forest fund area is not uniformly, which, in many situations, leads to unfavorable effects. We plead to carrying on the network system development, but respecting ecologic requirements. Also, we insist on the necessity of correlation betwcen the execution works and those of torrents correction
