La Universidad de Caldas y el Hospital Veterinario Diego Villegas Toro como ente publico y mediante sus programas de extensión hacen del hospital uno de sus entes más visibles, es por ello que se presenta una alta afluencia de atención de consultas, mostrando con ello la importancia que dicho hospital tiene en la comunidad. Actualmente el Hospital se desempeña como un referente entre la comunidad y es centro de recepción de un alto flujo de pacientes con patologías neurológicas, siendo quizás una de las más importantes las pacientes con crisis convulsivas, haciéndose prioritario establecer un protocolo que busque brindar la mejor atención posible de dichos pacientes.
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]Abstract: The University of Caldas and the Veterinary Hospital Diego Villegas Toro as a public entity and through its outreach programs make the hospital one of its most visible entities, which is why there is a high influx of consultations, thus showing the importance that the hospital has in the community. Currently, the hospital is a reference point in the community and is the reception center for a high flow of patients with neurological pathologies, perhaps one of the most important being patients with seizures, making it a priority to establish a protocol that seeks to provide the best possible care for these patients.
