The effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on the body of goats | Воздействие Bacillus amyloliquefaciens на организм коз

英语. The study purpose is determining the effect of administering a probiotic based on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract and the performance of young goats. The probiotic B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-11475 at a rate of 4*10Е9 and 4*10Е7 CFU, produced in the research laboratory of the Peasant (Farmer) Farm 'Evgeniy Pavlovich Tsirulev', was administered in freeze-dried form to two-month-old goats every day for a month. The animals' bodies developed stably and the studied vital parameters were within physiologically determined limits. Adding the probiotic Bacillus amyloliquefaciens to the main diet made it possible to activate metabolic reactions in the body due to the vital activity of beneficial microflora. The use of a probiotic in animals led to a more rapid restoration of vital microflora, which ensured the leveling of the effect and displacement of pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli from the animal's body. The administration of a probiotic leads to an increase in the adaptive and productive indicators of small cattle.

俄语. Цель исследования ‒ определить влияние на микрофлору желудочно-кишечного тракта и продуктивность молодняка коз назначения пробиотика на основе Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Пробиотик B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-11475 в дозе 4*10Е9 и 4*10Е7 КОЕ, произведенный в исследовательской лаборатории Крестьянского (Фермерского) Хозяйства "Цирулев Евгений Павлович", в сублимированном виде назначали козлятам двухмесячного возраста ежедневно в течение месяца. Организм животных развивался стабильно, и изученные параметры жизнедеятельности находились в пределах физиологически обусловленных рамок. Добавление к основному рациону пробиотика Bacillus amyloliquefaciens позволило активизировать метаболические реакции в организме за счет жизнедеятельности полезной микрофлоры. Использование пробиотика у животных привело к более быстрому восстановлению жизненно необходимой микрофлоры, что обеспечило нивелирование действия и вытеснение патогенных штаммов Escherichia coli из организма животных. Назначение пробиотика приводит к повышению адаптационных и продуктивных показателей мелкого рогатого скота.
