تأثيرحقن بيض التفقيس بمستويات مختلفة من اﻠ Canthaxanthin في الصفات الخلوية والكيموحيوية لمصل دم الأفراخ الفاقسة | Effect of in ovo injection with different levels of Canthaxanthenon on Some cellular and biochemical characteristics of the plasma chicks hatched

阿拉伯. تم إجراء هذه التجربة لدراسة تأثيرحقن بيض التفقيس بمستويات مختلفة من اﻠCanthaxanthin (CX) في بعض الصفات الخلوية والكيموحيوية لدم الأفراخ الفاقسة والأفراخ بعمر 14 يوما. وأستخدم في هذه التجربة 700 بيضة تفقيس من أمهات فروج اللحم  روز 308.  قسم البيض على خمس  معاملات لكل معاملة  140بيضةحقن البيض في اليوم الرابع عشر من الحضن في السائل الأمنيوني ، تم حقن البيض بـ 0.1 مل / بيضة من محلول الأذابة بتراكيز مختلفة ﻟﻟCX  و كما يلي : م1- السيطرة السالبة (من دون حقن) ، م2- السيطرة الموجبة (حقنت ب0.1 مل ماء مقطر معقم فقط)  ,م3،م4و م5 حقنت ب 0.1 مل من محلول الإذابة الحاوي على التراكيز (0.5 و 1.0 و 1.5 ملغم CX  / بيضة ) بالتتابع ، وبعد الفقس تم حساب بعض الصفات الخلوية والكيموحيوية لدم الأفراخ الفاقسة والأفراخ بعمر 14 يوما" . أشارت نتائج التجربة  إلى إن حقن بيض التفقيس باﻟ CX أدت الى زيادة معنوية  (آ ≤ (0.05فيحجمخلايا الدم المضغوطة وعدد كريات الدم الحمراء وتركيز الهيموكلوبين وعدد كريات الدم البيضاء وتركيز البروتين الكلي مقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة  بينما ظهر إنخفاض معنوي (آ ≤  (0.05في تركيز الكلوكوز والكليسيريدات الثلاثية والكوليستيرول والبروتين الدهني واطىء الكثافة  مقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة.

英语. This experiment was conclucted to evaluated the effect of Canthaxanthen injection eggs with different levels on hatchability and phenotypic trait of chicken. Seven hundred eggs hatching (Rose 308) were divided into five groups (140/ group). Treatment groups were injected at the fourteenth day of incubation in the amniotic fluid; the eggs were injected with (0.1) ml/egg from melting solution with different concentrations of the CX as follows: T1 negative control  (without injection), T2- positive control (injected with sterile distilled water only), -T3, T4 and T5 injected by 0.5 , 1.0 , 1.5 mg CX/egg, and after hatching some of the cellular and biochemical characteristics of the hatching chicks and at 14 day old   were studied .The data showed that CX injection led to significantly ( p<0.05) elevated in packed cell volume (PCV) , total red blood cell (RBC) ,total white cell (WBC) ,Hemoglobin concentration(Hb) and total protein . However, the result revealed that there was a significant decreased (P<0.05) in the concentration of   Glucose , Triglycerides , cholesterol and Low density lipoprotein (LDL).
