GRAIN YIELD OF AGRICULTURAL BREEDING OF SPRING DURUM WHEAT LINES CREATED IN THE BREEDING CENTERS OF RUSSIA, IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE SAMARA RESEARCH INSTITUTE
2024
Malchikov, P.N. | Myasnikova, M.G.
The study was carried out based on the GGE biplot analysis methodology. Visual analysis of the graphs allowed us to identify the following groups of genotypes: 1) responsive to favorable environmental conditions - 3761h-46, 804d-94 of the P.P. Lukyanenko National Grain Center (P.P. Lukyanenko Grain Center), Hordeiforme 1099, Hordeiforme 1091 (FGBNU FANTSA), Leucurum 3417 of the Krasnokutsk Breeding Station (Krasnokutskaya SS), 2) genotypes with high yield (significantly exceeding the average for the experiment) and its stability - Leucurum 3437, Leucurum 3462 (Krasnokutskaya SS) and 847d14 (P.P. Lukyanenko Grain Center), 3) genotypes corresponding to the ideal in yield and stability - Bezenchukskaya 210 (standard, Samara Research Institute of Agriculture), Hordeiform 1082 (Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution FANTSA) and genotypes close to ideal in their properties - 837d-25 (P.P. Lukyanenko Scientific Center of Grain), Leucurum 3438 (Krasnokutskaya SS), No. 28 (Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Research Institute of Agriculture of the South-East), Hordeiform 888, Hordeiform 960 (Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution FANTSA), 4) the maximum differentiating capacity of the environment is established for the conditions of 2024 with the lowest yield and maximum load of limiting factors and high efficiency of selection of resistant genotypes. It is advisable to use the identified genotypes (given above) in the breeding of durum wheat in the Samara Research Institute of Agriculture as basic genotypes to expand the genetic diversity of the varieties being created.
