Gestión, conocimiento en los pobladores frente al consumo y calidad del agua carretera Iquitos - Nauta. km. 05 al 60. 2016

La zona de influencia del estudio se localiza en el distrito de San Juan Bautista, provincia de Maynas, Región Loreto, teniendo como zonas de influencia la carretera Iquitos – Nauta, en los centros poblados representativos de la zona y que posean mayor número de habitantes. Evaluar el conocimiento local y la existencia de grupos de gestión del recurso agua y forma de uso para consumo humano en los centros poblados ubicados en el eje de la carretera Iquitos – Nauta Km 5 a 60. Concluyéndose que las formas, en las que las que los centros poblados estudiadas, estas se abastecen de agua pozo para su consumo los cuales son construidos por ellos, sin las mínimas medidas sanitarias para cubrir sus necesidades; la mayoría de los pobladores saben cómo consumir el agua de forma diaria en sus hogares; indicando el poblador que el 85% de la población usa el agua de las siguientes formas, siendo para consumo, preparación de alimentos, aseo personal, servicios higiénicos entre otros; la forma de consumo de agua lo realiza en diferentes formas entre ellos el proceso físico de hervir el agua es muy usada con el 74%, mientras que el 11% de los pobladores usan el proceso de clorar el agua, mientras que otros simplemente optan por comprar botellones de agua algunos de dudosa procedencia siendo estos el 15%., observándose que el clorado del agua es una de las practicas que ellos consideran la mejor para ser utilizadas con el 36.1% ya que este proceso es uno de los más sencillos y menos costosos ya que usan productos que las postas los proporcionan o simplemente con el uso de la lejía, cabe indicar que los pobladores no tienen muy en claro las dosis a utilizar; otro proceso es el hervido del agua este tratamientos que ellos consideran que les genera beneficios para el buen consumo y la buena calidad de agua que ellos utilizan con el 22.4%; sobre los grupos de gestión existentes en las comunidades para la gestión adecuada y eficiente del recurso agua, estos no viene siendo eficaz ya que debido a la poca capacitación que recibieron para la gestión y administración de este recurso no se está gestionando ni utilizando de la manera más adecuada, pero cabe recalcar que los pobladores están conscientes de la importancia que requiere tratar, gestionar y administrar el recurso agua, ya que debido a esta manera ellos podrán adquirir una mejor calidad de vida
