Pseudoarmillariella ectypoides (Hygrophoraceae, Agaricales): first records in Europe | Pseudoarmillariella ectypoides (Hygrophoraceae, Agaricales) – первые находки в Европе

英语. This article provides information on the first records of Pseudoarmillariella ectypoides in Europe. The studied specimens were collected in the north-eastern European part of Russia, within the borders of the Komi Republic. Pseudoarmillariella ectypoides is widely distributed in North America and has been reported in Russia from a few localities in Siberia and the Far East. The newly generated ITS (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 rDNA region) nucleotide sequences of P. ectypoides samples were compared with data deposited in the international databases GenBank and BOLD showed 99.2–99.7 % similarity with P. ectypoides samples from North America and South Siberia. The detailed description as well as photographs of fruiting bodies and microstructures are provided. Information on the distribution and ecology of this species is also presented, differences with morphologically similar species are discussed.

俄语. Приводятся сведения о первых находках на территории Европы Pseudoarmillariella ectypoides. Вид собран на северо-востоке европейской части России, в границах Республики Коми. На территории России ранее были отмечены одиночные находки в Сибири и на Дальнем Востоке. Основной ареал вида – Северная Америка. Сравнение полученных нуклеотидных последовательностей ITS (участок яДНК ITS1-5,8S-ITS2) образцов P. ectypoides с данными, депонированными в международных базах GenBank и BOLD, показало 99,2–99,7 % сходство с образцами P. ectypoides из Северной Америки и Южной Сибири. В статье представлено описание, приведены фотографии плодовых тел и микроструктур, даются сведения о распространении и экологии этого вида, обсуждаются различия с морфологически схожими видами.
