Study of fruit crop varieties' needs in temperature regime of their development phases (on the example of pear varieties) | Изучение потребности сортов плодовых культур в температурном режиме прохождения фаз их развития (на примере сортов груши)

英语. The ontogeny of fruit crops and varieties is composed of individual morphological cycles, each of which has its own requirements to temperature regime. One of the most important cycles in flower bud formation is the development of archesporial tissue in their anthers during winter-spring development. It consists of several stages (phases I, II, III), each requires a certain amount of active temperatures for their progression. Temperature deficiency or excess can lead to a suspension of ontogeny or even death of flower buds. This paper presents a scientific approach to determining the boundaries of active temperatures necessary for the passage of ontogenesis phases in the buds of pear varieties in the winter-spring and summer periods. Until now, the calculation of the sums of average temperatures received by plants is usually carried out above +5 deg С (active) and above +10 deg С (effective). Such approach does not meet modern requirements for studying the production process and needs to be adjusted. Objective indicators of active temperature limits for 4 pear varieties in specific phases of winter-spring and summer development have been determined. The optimal temperatures for passing through the "budbreak" phase (reduction division) are +6 deg C for 'Williams' pear; +5 deg С for 'Leven', 'Kieffer'; +7 deg C for the 'Lyubimitsa Klappa'. The last variety have the highest active temperature limit, consequently, it has increased thermophilicity compared to the other three varieties studied. The work reveals the possibility of a more correct study of the needs of specific varieties in the amount of temperatures required to pass through each ontogenesis phase. The results are important for revealing the mechanism of inter-action "genotype - temperature environmental conditions" when controlling the production process of fruit crops and their varieties in various growing environmental conditions in order to increase yield and for further breeding.

Variety, pear, temperature regime, production process Онтогенез плодовых культур и сортов слагается из отдельных морфологических циклов, каждый из которых предъявляет свои требования к температурному режиму. Одним из важнейших циклов формирования цветковых почек является развитие археспориальной ткани в их пыльниках во время зимне-весеннего развития, который также состоит из нескольких этапов (I, II, III фазы), каждый из которых требует определенного количества активных температур для своего прохождения. Недостаток их (или избыток) может привести к приостановке онтогенеза или даже гибели цветковых почек. Представлен научных подход к определению границ активных температур, необходимых для прохождения фаз онтогенеза в почках сортов груши в зимне-весенний и летний периоды. До сих пор подсчет сумм средних температур, получаемых растениями, ведется как правило выше +5 град. С (активные) и выше +10 град. С (эффективные). Этот подход не отвечает современным требованиям изучения продукционного процесса и нуждается в корректировке. Определены объективные показатели пределов активных температур для 4 сортов груши в конкретные фазы зимне-весеннего и летнего развития. Для сорта Вильямс оптимальной температурой для прохождения фазы "распускание почек" (редукционное деление) является +6 град. С, для сортов Левен, Киффер – +5 град. С, для сорта Любимица Клаппа – +7 град. С, у него оказался наиболее высокий предел активной температуры. Следовательно, данный сорт обладает повышенной теплолюбивостью по сравнению с тремя другими исследуемыми сортами. Работа раскрывает возможность более правильного изучения потребностей конкретных сортов в суммах температур, необходимых для прохождения каждой фазы онтогенеза. Ее результаты важны для раскрытия механизма взаимодействия "генотип-температурные условия среды" при управлении продукционным процессом плодовых культур и их сортов в различных условиях среды выращивания с целью повышения урожая и для дальнейшей селекции.
