Caracterización de valores hemáticos (biometría hemática) en el conejo (Oryctolagus cuniculus) en los barrios la Victoria y la Merced, Pujilí - Cotopaxi

This research is based on the characterization of hematologic values in rabbits, as there is little information in Ecuador, it will be helpful to the veterinarian, hematologic values Merced rabbits that took place in the neighborhood was determined that has a height of 2,900 meters and in the Victoria neighborhood with a height 3,300 meters above sea level and 50 rabbits each neighborhood were used for a total of 100 rabbits in this study descriptive research was used - not experimental since, was collected from 1 to 2 ml of blood by cardiac puncture and placed in tubes vacuntainer with anticoagulant to analyze and verify the significant differences in hematic hematology rabbits of the two sectors in the laboratory, thus obtaining only data for testing and they were interpreted in tables and graphs....

La presente investigación se basó en la caracterización de los valores hematológicos en conejos, ya que existe escasa información en el Ecuador, la misma que será de utilidad para el Médico Veterinario, se determinó valores hematológicos de conejos que se realizó en el barrio la Merced que tiene una altura de 2.900 m.s.n.m y en el barrio la Victoria con una altura 3.300 m.s.n.m y se utilizaron 50 conejos de cada barrio dando un total de 100 conejos, en este estudio se utilizó la investigación descriptiva - no experimental ya que se recolecto de 1 a 2 ml de sangre a través de punción cardiaca y se colocó en los tubos vacuntainer con anticoagulantes para después analizarlos y verificar las diferencias significativas de la hematología hemática de los conejos de los dos sectores en el laboratorio, obteniendo así datos únicos para el ensayo y los mismos se interpretaron en tablas y gráficos....
