The paper analyzes the restaurant „Talutti – Bakes‘n‘Shakes City“ services marketing mix elements and performed the complex elements of improvement. Labor relevance of the subject belongs to the successful performance of the firm, which influenced by a successful service marketing mix knowledge, use and analysis. The main problem - as seen restaurant „Talutti – Bakes‘n‘Shakes City“ service marketing mix? The aim is to evaluate restaurant „Talutti – Bakes‘n‘Shakes City“ services marketing mix. Methods of work: analysis of scientific literature and information sources as well as the analysis of questionnaire results. The structure. The restaurant „Talutti – Bakes‘n‘Shakes City“ activities and possibilities for improvement of the services marketing mix presented in the practical part. Proposed measures: Its suggested to organized a contest, musical evenings, to produce a poste and the radio advertisement that will cost 1870,74 eur. These measures will results in increased client numbers and better image of the company. Scope of the work - the work consists of 52 pages, 9 tables, 27 pictures, 22 literature and sources of information, 1 appendices.
