abstractPL: Celem niniejszej pracy była ocena wpływu zawartości białka i tłuszczu w dietach doświadczalnych na wchłanianie i rozmieszczenie arsenu w tkankach szczurów oraz wpływu zatrucia różnymi dawkami arsenu na przyswajalność i zawartość wapnia, żelaza, magnezu, cynku w tkankach zwierząt. W celu realizacji badań przeprowadzono doświadczenia żywieniowe na szczurach, w których zwierzęta karmiono półsyntetycznymi paszami sporządzonymi z obniżoną, zalecaną lub nadmierną ilością białka lub tłuszczu. Do picia zwierzęta otrzymywały wodę destylowaną z lub bez dodatku arsenu.

abstractEN: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of protein and fat in experimental diets on the absorption and distribution of arsenic in rats tissues and the effect of different doses of arsenic poisoning on the digestibility and the content of calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc in the tissues of animals. To realize the aim of the study, experiments on rats were carried out. Animals were fed semi-synthetic feed prepared from a reduced, recommended, or excessive amounts of protein or fat. Animals received drinking distilled water with or without the addition of arsenic.
