Poplonowa uprawa buraków ćwikłowych dla celów konserwowych

抛光. W latach 1970-1972 przeprowadzono badania z poplonową uprawą buraka ćwikłowego dla celów konserwowych. Przed burakami jako plon główny uprawiano groch konserwowy odmiany Delisa II. Buraki wysiewano w dwóch terminach: bezpośrednio po zbiorze grochu oraz dwa tygodnie później. Doświadczeniem objęto następujące odmiany buraków ćwikłowych: Okrągły Ciemnoczerwony, Czerwona Kula i Detroit. W warunkach doświadczenia otrzymano stosunkowo niski plon buraków, zwłaszcza z drugiego terminu siewu. Wykazano pewne zróżnicowanie między odmianami pod względem kształtu korzeni spichrzowych i składu chemicznego. W ocenie zakonserwowanych buraków ćwikłowych najlepszą okazała się odmiana Czerwona Kula.
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. In 1970-1971 in the experimental station Prusy at Kraków investigation was conducted on beetroot for processing grown as second crop. The main crop was pea, variety Delisa II, grown for green pods. The beetroots were sown at two dates: just after the hervest of the pea and two weeks later. The beetroot varieties Okrągły Ciemnoczerwony, Czerwona Kula and Detroit were included in the trial. The total and commercial yields of beetroots were determined the roots of the diameter of 25-45 mm, divided into 3 fractions /25-30 mm, 31-40 mm, 41-45 mm/ constituting the marketable yield. For separate fractions the coefficient of the root ehape was calculated. Moreover, the qualitative analyses were carried out, the content of dry matter, simple and total sugars, total acids, and L-ascorbic acid being determined in the roots. In 1971 and 1972 the beetroots were processed and the products evaluated in the aapect of the suitability of the varietes and of separate fractions of root sizes. Under conditions of the experiment relatively low yields of roots were obtained, the commercial yield of 62,4-74,9 q/ha and 19,3-28,4 g/ha being recorded for the 1 st and 2 nd date of sowing respectively, therefore in the region of Kraków the 15th July should be the latest date of sowing beetroots for processing. The variety Czerwona Kula was found most suitable for canning in the form of whole roots. It was characterized by medium yields, the lowest shape coefficient /25-30 mm - 1,22; 31-40 mm - 1,07; 41-45 mm - 1,01/, high content of dry matter - 17,58 %, and of total sugars - 10,02 %. The reaults of the organoleptic evaluation of processed beetroots also showed this variety as most suitable.
