The article discusses 1.5%, 2.5%, 3.2% milk powder products sold in the marketing system of Georgia, which are harmless. There are many milk factories in the country; they are periodically monitored, however, the implementation of this process systematically requires a lot of resources. Subspecies of cattle, which are very different from each other, have been assimilated in Georgia. For a long time, subspecies of cattle based on vertical zonation have not been studied in our country. It is necessary to study the mineral and biochemical part of milk and milk products produced by them. Ref. 2.
