Rice is the basic food for more than half of the world. It faces challenges such as climate change and sustainability, where planting density is key to improving its quality and yield. Rice is the only cereal that is consumed as such, without further processing than husking and polishing. The integrity of the grain during this process determines the so-called industrial quality. The promising line L-37 of rice is a cultivar of great importance in agronomic research, thanks to its production potential and its unique genetic characteristics. Therefore, this work aims to determine the influence of broadcast seeding density on the milling quality of the promising line L-37 of rice (Oryza sp). Carrying out a methodology with the study of a completely randomized experimental design (DCA) to compare the grain quality between the promising line L-37 and the commercial variety SFL-11. 显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]El arroz, es el alimento básico para más de la mitad del mundo, enfrenta retos como el cambio climático y la sostenibilidad, donde la densidad de siembra resulta clave para mejorar su calidad y rendimiento. La línea promisoria L-37 de arroz es un cultivar de gran importancia en la investigación agronómica, gracias a su potencial de producción y sus características genéticas únicas, por lo tanto, este trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de la densidad de siembra al voleo sobre la calidad molinera de la línea promisoria L-37 de arroz (Oryza sp). El estudio aplicó un diseño experimental completamente al azar (DCA) y el análisis estadístico que se aplicara el test de Tukey al 95% de confianza utilizando un software estadístico infostat 2020. Las conclusiones determinan que la línea promisoria de arroz L-37 obtuvo respuesta favorable en cuanto a la Influencia de la densidad de siembra al voleo sobre la calidad molinera; la mejor calidad del grano se obtuvo con la línea promisoria de arroz L-37, en cuanto a las variables grano clasificado, centro blanco y contenido de amilosa y proteína y la variedad de arroz SFL-11 no superó los resultados, en comparación a la línea en estudio.
