«GREEN ECONOMY» IS THE BASIS OF THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF UKRAINE | «ЗЕЛЕНА ЕКОНОМІКА» – ОСНОВА ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ АГРАРНОГО СЕКТОРУ УКРАЇНИ

英语. Subject. The subject of the research is the theoretical and practical foundations of the development of the «green economy» as the basis of the innovative activity of the subjects of entrepreneurial activity in the field of agrarian business. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to develop, based on the research of domestic and foreign scientists, practical recommendations for the implementation of elements of the «green economy» in the activities of business entities in the field of agrarian business in the post-war period of the revival of the country's economy. Methods. In the process of conducting research, general scientific and special methods of economic research were used, in particular: systematic approach, comparative, dialectical and abstract-logical. Results. It has been proven that the implementation of «green» technologies in the activities of farms of the corporate sector of the agrarian economy will bring a high socio-economic effect, will contribute to the inflow of tax deductions to the budget from working enterprises, the growth of the population's well-being, the increase of jobs, the formation of infrastructure, the reduction of the current environmental load and the elimination of environmental damage, will ensure the efficiency of state institutions and stable socio-economic development of the regions. We believe that in the current conditions, the main tasks of introducing innovative technologies of the «green» economy into agriculture are the highly efficient use of natural resources; increasing natural capital and reducing pollution; prevention of biodiversity loss; the growth of incomes and employment of the rural population; transition from the standard model of economic growth to a «green» economy; conducting an analysis of the economic efficiency of the use of «green» technologies and the need to introduce «green» production into the activities of business entities in the field of agrarian business; greening of production activities and the application of the principles of the «green» economy in strategic planning for a gradual transition to it. Scope of the results. The research results can be used in the development of strategic plans for the development of rural areas of administrative-territorial formations in accordance with the European Green Course.

乌克兰. Предмет. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні і практичні засади розвитку «зеленої економіки», як основи інноваційної діяльності суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності в сфері аграрного бізнесу. Мета. Мета дослідження є розробка на основі досліджень вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження «зеленої економіки» в діяльність суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності в сфері аграрного бізнесу в повоєнний період відродження економіки країни. Методи. В процесі проведення досліджень використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи економічних досліджень, зокрема: системний підхід, порівняльний, діалектичний та абстрактно-логічний. Результати. Доведено, що впровадження «зелених» технологій у діяльність господарств корпоративного сектору аграрної економіки принесе високий соціально-економічний ефект, сприятиме припливу податкових відрахувань до бюджету від працюючих підприємств, зростанню добробуту населення, збільшенню робочих місць, формуванню інфраструктури, зниженню поточного екологічного навантаження та усунення екологічної шкоди, забезпечить ефективність державних інститутів та стабільний соціально-економічний розвиток регіонів. Вважаємо, що в нинішніх умовах основні завдання впровадження інноваційних технологій «зеленої» економіки у сільське господарство полягають у високоефективному використанні природних ресурсів; збільшенні природного капіталу та зменшенні забруднення; запобіганні втраті біорізноманіття; зростанні доходів та зайнятості сільського населення; переході від стандартної моделі економічного зростання до «зеленої» економіки; проведенні аналізу економічної ефективності застосування «зелених» технологій та необхідності впровадження в діяльність суб’єктів господарювання в сфері аграрного бізнесу «зелених» виробництв; екологізації виробничої діяльності та застосуванні принципів «зеленої» економіки при стратегічному плануванні для поступового переходу до неї. Сфера застосування результатів. Результати досліджень можуть бути використанні при розробці стратегічних планів розвитку сільських територій адміністративно-територіальних утворень у відповідності до Європейського зеленого курсу.
