Scopul lucrării: Scopul acestei lucrări este de a determina eficacitatea biologică a feromonului sexual – Tuta Protect cu substanța activă (E,Z,Z)-3,8,11-acetat de tetradecatrien-1-il – 162 mg/dispensator + (E,Z)-3,8-acetat de tetradecadien-l-il – 18 mg/dispensator, în combaterea moliei miniere a tomatelor. Scopul prevede realizarea următoarelor obiective: Determinarea stării fitosanitare a culturii de tomate în teren protejat pentru selectarea lotului experimental; Depistarea şi stabilirea densității numerice a principalelor specii dăunătoare din cultura tomatelor din teren protejat; Montarea lotului experimental pentru determinarea eficienței biologice a feromonului sexual – Tuta Protect; Stabilirea perioadelor optime şi efectuarea experiențelor în limitarea densității numerice a dăunătorilor din cultura tomatelor în teren protejat; Determinarea eficienței biologice a feromonului sexual – Tuta Protect împotriva dăunătorilor din cultura tomatelor în teren protejat.

Aim of the work: The aim of this work is to determine the biological effectiveness of the sex pheromone – Tuta Protect with the active substance (E,Z,Z)-3,8,11-tetradecatrien-1-yl acetate – 162 mg/dispenser + (E,Z) -3,8-tetradecadien-l-yl acetate – 18 mg/dispenser, for control tomato leafminer moth. The aim foresees the achievement of the following objectives: Determination of the phytosanitary status of the tomato crop in protected land for the selection of the experimental lot; Detecting and establishing the numerical density of the main harmful species in the tomato culture in protected land; Setting up the experimental batch for determining the biological efficiency of the pheromone – Tuta Protect; Establishing the optimal periods and carrying out experiments in limiting the numerical density of pests in tomato culture in protected land; Determination of the biological efficiency of the sex pheromone – Tuta Protect against pests of tomato culture in protected land.
