The paper presents experimental researches on planning the experiments. Based on the study of scientific literature on chemistry, mechanism and kinetics of the transesterification process of vegetal oils, the authors established the optimum parameters of the transesterification process of rapeseed oil, and namely : the ratio alcohol/oil, alcohol type, nature and concentration of catalyst, and the temperature of reaction
