Some Open Constitutional Issues Regarding Possible Lithium Mining

Respecting our general topic, the protection of cities and suburbs, but also the overall environment, at this point we have focused on possible problems that would arise from lithium mining. In the previous paper, we pointed out the constitutional determinants as basic and of the greatest importance for an adequate approach to the observed problem. Respecting the methodological bases of adequate approach to the topic, open questions connected with the possible lithium mining, which we have already mentioned in the previous text, in this paper we enter into the necessary and layered analysis of our legislation, important for adequate approach to problems related to possible mining. Layering is expressed by the fact that we have confirmed (ratified) a number of acts of international public law that are important for our topic, and also formed a number of logically and hierarchically related laws and bylaws.
